I recently married a wonderful man (yay two whole months!) and have set up my first real home. There is a LOT that goes into running a home! I am a VERY organized person on my own but I find that lists and organizers are incredibly helpful in keeping everything straight.
As a former teacher I LOVE binders and anything color coordinated, which is why I thoroughly enjoy this website I came across the other day so I thought I would share it with y'all.
The website is called DIY Home Sweet Home. I have really enjoyed the printables section to help me organize my new home and blend my information with my husband's information. She also has some great templates that I used as a reference when building my own stuff. For example on my cleaning schedule I have to have a time set aside to clean our home gym (read about that here) I have yet to have found a cleaning schedule on pinterest that has a day set aside for that, so I end up making my own. I printed off a copy of just about everything she had so that I could evaluate it and decide if it is right for me. She writes on this page that she will continue to update the list of prinatbles as she creates more and I look forward to the new ones!
